Located in a 6,200 m², four-floor facility in Parque das Nações, Microsoft Portugal’s headquarters recently underwent a strategic interior refurbishment by Openbook. The project restructured spatial flows and introduced a flexible, activity-based layout to enhance collaboration, operational efficiency, and employee well-being.

The redesigned workplace accommodates 475 users and replaces the traditional desk-centric model with a varied programme of work settings, including focused workrooms, acoustically controlled phone booths, collaborative zones, ideation spaces, and a comprehensive suite of meeting rooms.
