Located in Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City, the USD 700M Al Khiran development spans 350,000 m² of waterfront, featuring a 750‑metre mall, residential and serviced towers, a 900‑berth marina, and a 5‑star resort. The masterplan combines retail, leisure, and hospitality, with mashrabiya façades bringing daylight while maintaining thermal comfort.

Responsibilities included developing tabletop directory studies for the mall, aligned with existing signage and interiors. Concepts explored printed and digital formats using white Corian and corten steel, incorporating logo-inspired curves within the predominantly linear architecture.
