Nestlé Portugal headquarters, originally completed in 1994 for 450 employees, underwent extensive refurbishment to support a workforce of 1,000. The renovation introduces a flexible and efficient spatial layout that facilitates modern ways of working while reflecting Nestlé’s mission to improve quality of life.

The project scope included exterior, parking and interior signage and wayfinding, as well as the design of the campus restaurant, ensuring a cohesive visual language and user experience across the entire facility. The campus is inclusive, designed to celebrate the generational, cultural, and national diversity of Nestlé employees.
